MINOR LEAGUE BCS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
Welcome to the official website and home of the Minor League BCS National Championship Game. The Minor League BCS National Championship Game was created by Anthony McCormick (GMFL), Charles Thompson (GDFL), Dan Todd (PSFL), and Terrell Parham (USFL) with the purpose of unifying Adult Amateur Minor League Football and bring everyone closer to a true National Champion.


NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2010 MINOR LEAGUE BCS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME
By popular demand; the Minor League BCS National Championship Committee will be taking applications from those leagues that have a sincere interest in being a part of the 2010 Minor League BCS National Title Game.

The requirements are very simple; go to the link titled "Registration"; COMPLETELY FILL OUT THE FORM (NOTE:  Applications that are not completely filled out will be immediately discarded) once we have reviewed your application we will set up a convenient time to conference with you regarding the Minor League BCS National Championship and to also answer any questions that you may have.

Please understand that your participation does NOT guarantee you a position on the Committee, it simply means that you wish to participate in the Championship game in Atlanta, Georgia.



REGIONAL GAMES
Each region will consist of the two leagues that are closest in proximity. The North Region will consist of the Great Midwest Football League (GMFL) and the Gridiron Developmental League (GDFL); while the South Region will consist of the Premier South Football League (PSFL) and the United South Football League (USFL).

Regional playoffs will begin on Saturday October 2, 2010. Locations will be announced as they become available.

CHAMPIONSHIP AND ALL-AMERICAN GAME LOCATION
The 2010 Minor League BCS National Championship and Minor League BCS All-American Game will be played at Westlake High School located 2370 Union Rd SW, Atlanta, GA 30331-8021, on Saturday October 16, 2010. Kickoff is at 7pm.


COST
Each league has agreed to pay ¼ of the total cost to cover all expenses for both the Minor League BCS Championship Game and Minor League BCS All-American Game; this includes officials, chair crew, clock operator, security, clean up and insurance.

Admission for the Minor League BCS National Championship and All-American games are absolutely free.



TRAVEL & LODGING
Teams are responsible for travel for the Regional games. Once the winners have been determined it is the leagues responsibility to get their team to the Championship site. Players who make the All-American teams are responsible for their travel. Everyone is responsible for their own lodging.

A list of safe affordable hotels will be provided by the hosting city by no later then September 30, 2010.



ROSTER LIMITS AND ROSTER LOCK DATE
Each league will increase their roster limits to 55 before the start of their regular season. All leagues will follow their league rules regarding team rosters throughout the entire season.

All rosters will be officially locked on July 3, 2010 at which time NO PLAYER(S) MAY BE ADDED FOR ANY REASON! 

Rosters from every team in all four (4) participating leagues must be submitted to the Webmaster of the Minor League BCS National Championship by Midnight July 3, 2010. Failure to submit a roster will automatically disqualify a team from participating in the Minor League BCS National Championship Game. NO EXCEPTONS!

Once rosters have been received they must be listed on the Minor League BCS National Championship Website. Only the rosters that are listed on the Minor League BCS Championship website will be considered "official".

The 4-League Champions must provide photos of all of the players listed on their roster prior to the Regional Championship Game but no later than September 26, 2010.  Failure to comply will result in your team being disqualified and the remaining team will automatically advance to the Minor League BCS National title game.

Roster checks must be done prior to both the Regional Championship and National Championship Games by members of the Minor League BCS Championship Game Committee.  Every player must provide a valid state issued Drivers License or State ID.  Job ID, Gun Cards, College ID’s, etc., are not acceptable forms of ID.  NO ID = NO PLAY!  NO EXCEPTIONS!

TEAMS
All teams must have matching uniforms.  This includes matching color helmets.  Teams that do not have matching uniforms will NOT be allowed to participate in the tournament.  Helmets that do not match will not be allowed on the field at any time.

OFFICIALS
Regional Championship games must have a minimum of 6 officials NO EXCEPTIONS!  If the hosting team does not meet the minimum requirement of officials; they will automatically forfeit the game. Officials must be present during roster checks.

The Minor League BCS National Championship and All-American Games will be provided a total of 2 officials from each of the participating leagues for a total of 8 officials, 7 will work the field and one will work the clock.

CLOCK MANAGEMENT
The teams will play by modified NFL Rules and will use the NFL clock managment throught the 2-minute warning of the 2nd and 4th quarters. After the 2-minute warining we will use college clock management where it will also stop on first downs made in bounds then start immediately after the ball is set by the officical.

RULES AND ENFORCEMENT
Everyone participating in the Minor League BCS Championship and All-American Games are expected to follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the Minor League BCS Championship Game Committee. 

No violence of any kind will be tolerated!

No committee member has the authority to make changes to any rule(s) without the consent of all committee members and no rule is effective unless it is done so by majority vote. 

Any person found in violation will be removed from the committee.  Teams in violation will be removed from contention.  Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be give for rule violations. 

ALL-AMERICAN TEAM AND STAFF
Each participating league will submit a list of 25 All-Americans that will partake in the Minor League BCS All-American game which will be held on October 16, 2010 and will take place before the championship game. 

The selection of the players will be done by the league owners or commissioners.  The losing coaches from the Regional finals will be the head coach of the All-American Teams. Each league is encouraged to provide at least 3 assist coaches to help assist with the All-American Teams.

The list of All-Americans must be submitted by August 31, 2010.  Additional information will be posted as it becomes finalized.
